Fantastic customer service from the awesome employees who work there. You can only fit so much into a brick and mortar store, but the selection is pretty good. Anything else you don't see? Check online. If it doesn't fit or work, easy returns are available.
Pleasantly surprised! The renovation is in progress, but it’s already made a world of difference. Clean, bright, with great selections, this is just what the Kitsap Mall needed! Never shopped much at Kohl’s, but you never know now.
Over the years, I have had a love-hate relationship with Kohls. It has certainly been hit or miss when purchasing certain items like kitchen or bath stuff, yet I find myself at Kohls more often these days due to Kohls -Amazon's relationship. That was a smart move on Kohl's part, by accepting returns for Amazon, plus offering a coupon for a percentage off of your purchases; if you use Kohls for Amazon returns.
Now and again, I will find a top or a pair of jeans or shorts to buy; sometimes, I'll grab a piece of their fashion jewelry, but the cost of their more expensive jewelry always seems a little high in price to me, even though they offer sales on it all the time. I have recently purchased a couple of smaller wallets from them, but I have never taken advantage of their makeup area.
I do love shopping Kohls (at least window shopping) during the holidays; I seem to find little items here and there to purchase.
And although I couldn't consider myself a frequent Kohls shopper, I would miss the store if it ever went away.
The Staff at Kohls appear to be clean, helpful, and friendly, and the store always seems clean and well-kept, even during busy times and prior covid.
Their restrooms, anytime I have used them, have always look clean and no foul odors.
Unfortunately, Amazon is such a popular source for shopping everything, and I admit to using Amazon a lot. Still, if anyone is like me, it is challenging purchasing clothes, shoes, jackets any wearing items online. You may be one size with one or two brands and a completely different size with other ones, and the whole returning and then finding another item, buying and then waiting hoping it fits so you won't have to rinse and repeat over and over.
For a while, I gave up after purchasing the same pair of jeans four times online; they were the same size, color, brand, and style and, they were off in different ways, too long, too large, too small, and my last pair, one leg was longer by almost an inch. Like, what the heck???
Shopping in-store, during a "none covid" time, at least you could try them on right there or at worst, buy and take them home and then go to the store to return, there was no waiting. Now during Covid, you can purchase and return at the store if they don't fit, still, no waiting.
I do hope Kohl's starts offering a little more as they use to, I suppose all in good time, when things start normalizing some.
Kohls location is Kitsap Mall in Silverdale, WA.
"Supporting all jobs is as important in supporting locally owned small businesses just in different ways, although Kohls is a large chain they at least employ local people, and every job is essential"
The employees here are so rude. I got approached by 2 associates that told me that the store was closing in 5 minutes ( yes i had head
phones on, but yes I could still hear the intercom closing announcement). We get it-you wanna get off work right when the store closes. Apparently, you feel the need to interrupt my conversation with my friend twice to do that-very rude and unprofessional. I had one associate yell loudly at me "We're closing" -I was like 50 feet away...🤦♀️- Felt like I was in a very small town in Texas where I lived once-very embarrassing.
It's Kohls so product is Kohls. This location has a real problem with shop lifters, almost got into a fist fight with one as they took the socks i was reaching for. Didnt feel safe at all and the employees looked at me sith haplessness they cant do a thing. But nothing like getting a PTSD triggering event trying freaking socks
I have a part time job here so I'm probably pretty biased. 😂 It's an incredible group of employees and a great place to shop. …
Well layed out, clean and pleasant atmosphere. Prices were reasonable.
Went there looking for dress pants. The selection was minimal at best. Seems the men's selection is sad, all across the board.
